Dear Prospective Parents, Queen of Peace Catholic Academy is uniquely designed to educate preschool to preteen children. Characterized by small class sizes and led by dynamic dedicated educators, the Academy classes address the social, emotional, physical, ethical, and creative development of each child in a faith filled environment. Our Core Studies and Specialist curricula engage students in the arts, music, technology multi-media, world languages, athletics and physical education.
A tour of campus and comprehensive information session will be offered on an individual basis to give you the attention you deserve in deciding where your child will spend the next ten years of their academic development. This visit is designed for adults only and is approximately 90 minutes long. Opportunities for your child to visit campus will be available during the application process.

FACTS® Tuition Management Program
Instructions for Payment of Tuition, Fees and Incidentals through FACTS®
Tuition payments are automatically withdrawn from your financial account on a payment schedule you choose.
Tuition payment schedule choices include:
- One annual payment due August 5th
- Two semi-annual payments due August 5th and December 5th
- Monthly payments
- Bi-monthly payments
* There is an annual, non-refundable administrative fee for using FACTS – $10 for annual or semi-annual payments and $38 for monthly or bi-monthly payments.
If you are NEW to FACTS you will be linked to set up a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan during your Online Enrollment.
If you already have a FACTS agreement, please do not set up another one. Your agreement automatically rolls over from year to year and siblings will be added to your current FACTS agreement for you.
Tuition Payment Plans will show as pending in FACTS until your agreement has been finalized in April or May.
Tuition Payment Plans are easily modified and can be customized to fit your schedule, including starting your payments early.

FACTS® Prepay Accounts for Fees and Incidental Expenses
Fees and Incidental Expenses include: Aftercare, Athletics, Enrollment/Reenrollment Fees, Clubs, Field Trips, Technology & Materials Fee, Music/Band, Summer Camp, Extra-curricular Activities and many others.
When you are made aware that a payment is due – either by a teacher or by receiving a FACTS “negative balance” email – please login to your FACTS account via the link in the email or on ParentsWeb and pay the fee by choosing Add Funds and entering the amount(s) required in the field next to the appropriate expense. The payment is immediately withdrawn from your financial account.
Accounts with a negative balance will be at the top of the list and show in RED/negative. If you have a balance in BLACK, it is a credit balance you do not owe (for example if you have prepaid for Aftercare, or if a charge has not yet been posted to your account).
Unless you are pre-paying for Aftercare, please be sure to pay the exact amount required in the correct Prepay Account for each student.
If you would like to see your transactions in FACTS, please choose View Details, then choose the Transactions tab. To see transactions beyond 90 days, you would also have to choose an alternate transaction period.
If you have a question about which Prepay Account to fund, or you accidentally pay too much, please contact our Fiscal Administrator, firstname.lastname@example.org, right away.
Students may not participate in Aftercare, Clubs, Field Trips or Extra-curricular Activities if financial obligations have not been met.
Families must notify the school in writing if a student is withdrawn from the school.
The school will not release records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
Step Up for Students Scholarships
Did you know with the help of a Step Up For Students scholarship, you could afford to send your child to Queen of Peace Catholic Academy? Step Up For Students has scholarships for Florida schoolchildren, including scholarships for children from lower-income families and for children with certain special needs.
Two income-based scholarships, Florida Tax Credit Scholarship and Family Empowerment Scholarship give students the option to attend the best schools to meet their learning needs.
The Gardiner Scholarship helps Florida families customize education for their children with certain special needs who are ages 3-22. Parents can use scholarship money toward a combination of approved programs and providers that best meet their child’s unique learning needs.

All Step Up For Students award letters must be delivered to the Academy Office prior to attending QPCA. Scholarship awards do not guarantee acceptance at Queen of Peace Catholic Academy.

AAA Scholarship Foundation
The AAA Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization that is privately funded and provides assistance with tuition/fees for eligible students. Parents must apply and provide supporting documentation as requested; funding is not guaranteed. For more information and to apply online go to www.aaascholarships.org. All AAA award letters must be delivered to the Academy Office prior to attending QPCA. Scholarship awards do not guarantee acceptance at Queen of Peace Catholic Academy.
QPCA Education Scholarship
The QPCA Education Scholarship is available to provide tuition and fees assistance to Queen of Peace Catholic Academy families through the Queen of Peace Catholic Academy Education Scholarship Fund. The application process for the QPCA Education Scholarship begins with our Family Questionnaire.
Families must provide documentation of application for either Step Up For Students or AAA Scholarship Foundation prior to receiving funds from the QPCA Education Scholarship.

*An active, fully participating Catholic is one who:
- Regularly attends Mass as shown by envelope usage
- Participates in parish ministries and activities
- Faithful to continuing faith formation and sharing of time, talent, and treasure with the parish
- Completes a covenant card
New families will complete their FACTS enrollment and set up a Tuition Payment Plan during Online Enrollment after acceptance into The Academy. Once your Enrollment has been processed, you will be notified to pay the $225 Enrollment Fee (per student) online through FACTS Prepay Accounts.
Returning students must reserve their spot by completing their Online Reenrollment and paying the $225 Reenrollment Fee (per student) online through FACTS Prepay Accounts by the end of the Reenrollment period (typically in February). Your existing FACTS account automatically rolls over from year to year, so there is no need to set up a new FACTS account each year.
Siblings who have been accepted will be added to your current FACTS account for you. You will be notified to pay the $225 Enrollment Fee online through FACTS Prepay Accounts upon completion of the Online Enrollment. Please do not set up a new FACTS account for your new sibling.
Enrollment/Reenrollment Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For new students only, a one-time, $50 Application Fee is due and payable in conjunction with your Online Application. The Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Technology & Materials Fee
This fee covers instructional materials, hardcover and electronic textbooks, consumable workbooks, enhanced technology, classroom supplies, assignment books, art materials, physical education equipment, music, computer applications, robotics, standardized testing materials, student insurance, and science lab fees for consumable materials.
It does NOT cover field trips, after school care, athletic programs (basketball, cross country, soccer, tennis, volleyball, etc.), or other school activities.
The $525 Technology & Materials Fee is paid through FACTS Prepay Accounts and is due by July 1.
Technology & Materials Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Graduation fees are determined by the Eighth Grade teachers and include diploma, class retreat, graduation breakfast, and cap and gown. They are paid through FACTS Prepay Accounts under 8th Grade / Graduation.
