Physical Education classes are taught to all students twice a week on the school soccer field, weather permitting, or in our gymnasium. The focus is on physical fitness and developing a healthy lifestyle. Students learn the importance of cardiovascular exercise, good eating habits, and hygiene. Through games and relays, the skills necessary in team sports are developed: kicking, throwing, fleeing, dodging, eye-hand-foot coordination, speed, agility, communication, and good sportsmanship.
