Tuition and Fees

2024-2025 Tuition and Fees:
Tuition and Fees listed are per child, including Pre-K, and are NON-REFUNDABLE

• Fully Participating Catholic* Tuition $8,750
• All Other Tuition $11,200
• Reenrollment Fee $250 
• Enrollment Fee for New Students $250
• Application Fee for New Students $50 (Due at completion of application)
• 6th Grade iPad (and New Middle School Students) Fee $100 (Due Aug. 31)

*An active, fully participating Catholic is one who:

• Regularly attends Mass
• Participates in parish ministries and activities
• Is faithful to continuing faith formation and sharing of time, talent, and treasure with their parish
• Completes a covenant card

Application Fee

For new students only, a one-time, $50 Application Fee is due and payable in conjunction with your Online Application. The Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Enrollment/Reenrollment Fee

• New families will complete their FACTS enrollment and set up a Tuition Payment Plan during Online Enrollment after acceptance into QPCA. Once the Enrollment has been processed, you will be notified to pay the $250 Enrollment Fee (per student) online through FACTS Prepay Accounts.
• Returning students must reserve their spot by completing their Online Reenrollment and paying the $250 Reenrollment Fee (per student) online through FACTS Prepay Accounts by the end of the Reenrollment period. Your existing FACTS account automatically rolls over from year to year, so there is no need to set up a new FACTS account each year.
• Siblings who have been accepted will be added to your current FACTS account for you after completion of their online enrollment.  You will be notified to pay the $250 Enrollment Fee online through FACTS Prepay Accounts upon completion of the Online Enrollment. Please do not set up a new FACTS agreement for your new sibling.
• Enrollment/Re-enrollment Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Sixth Grade iPad (and New Middle School students) Fee

• The $100 fee covers the lease of your student's iPad through 8th grade, and includes an iPad case and sleeve, as well as AppleCare+.  The iPad Fee is paid through FACTS Prepay Accounts and is due by August 31st.

Withdrawal Policy

• Families must notify the school in writing if a student is withdrawn from the school.
• The school will not release records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
